Agent Stack Setup
I will wire your agent harness so it ships under review
Everyone is panning for the AI app that prints money. I sell the equipment.
If you already run Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Hermes, OpenCode, Continue, Cline, Antigravity, or something in that family, and the agents still thrash your repo, that is an install problem. Model upgrades will not fix a missing operating system.
Standard ($500) is the default. Specs in. Durable stack on your repo. Harness-agnostic on purpose.
Clock: 5 business days after access and intake. Payment alone does not start it. GitHub is the usual VCS; GitLab, Bitbucket, or SVN is fine. Send the repo URL.
Three tiers. Buy Standard unless you have a reason not to.
Basic
$250
Solo who mostly needs a clean install.
- Harness configured + project rules
- One smoke agent task
- Written notes
- Turnaround: 2-3 business days after access
- Fix window: 1 light fix (48h)
What that means
Harness is the app you type in. We install it on your repo and add project rules. One smoke task proves an agent can run. Clock is 2-3 business days after we can push, not after payment.

Default
Standard
$500
Engineer who wants a working loop with visibility and cost hygiene.
- Harness verified + project rules / stop-and-ask boundaries
- Secure secret-handoff pattern (no secrets pasted into chat)
- Light privacy posture: what leaves the machine, written down; OpenRouter ZDR / no-train if you already route
- Burn triage starter
- One day-1 agent workflow that leaves a clean diff
- Async handoff recording (Loom or MP4, 10-15 min) + written runbook
- Turnaround: 5 business days after access
- Fix window: 1 substantive fix (5 days)
What that means
- Harness: Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or the one you already use. We mature that install.
- Clock: 5 business days starts when we can push, not when you pay.
- Secrets: a pattern so keys never get pasted into chat.
- Privacy: a written note of what leaves the machine. OpenRouter ZDR kept if you already route that way.
- Burn triage: a first pass so you can see which agent runs waste tokens.
- Handoff: 10-15 min recording plus a written runbook. Loom optional.

Lead or serious solo who wants routing depth, GH agentic review, harder gates.
- Everything in Standard
- Conductor-shaped routing notes for multi-harness
- Local / private models (Ollama or similar) as default or fallback
- Deeper ZDR: no-retain routing, allow/deny lists, documented data-flow
- GitHub agentic review wiring (permissions scoped)
- Gauntlet / critic pass on a sample change
- CI gate sketch that fails closed on dangerous agent paths
- Turnaround: 8 business days after access
- 2 fix passes (7 days) + 30-min live Q&A
What that means
- Local models: Ollama or similar as default or fallback, not a cloud-only stack.
- GitHub review: scoped permissions, not org-admin.
- Gauntlet: a critic pass on one sample change so you see the bar.
- CI sketch: fail closed on dangerous agent paths. Not a full pipeline rewrite.

What this is
Shovels and power tools for agentic engineering. I install and mature the harness you already use. Patterns adapted to your repo. You keep the repo. I do not dump private Cursed source into your org.
Paying customers get a working loop, not a demoware prompt pack. If your tool is weird, we install it and mature the baseline.
Clock and access
Published Standard window is 5 business days after access. Access means: repo URL plus a write path (collaborator, fine-grained token on that repo, or a pair session), primary harness named, intake complete, and that access actually works.
Pay whenever. The SLA timer starts when access works.
Out of scope (all tiers, unless a separate SOW)
- Building your product or features
- Unscoped "be our engineer" retainer
- Production deploy ownership or on-call
- Token Triage SaaS gateway / Savings Share billing
- Watermark removal or detector evasion (I do not claim either)
Intake
Incomplete intake means the clock does not start. Engineer-to-engineer. No essays. This form opens a mail draft to ryan@cursedagentic.com. Nothing is stored on this Worker.
